Overview:

All the hydraulic components of the TY-A transparent hydraulic transmission experimental bench are made of transparent organic glass material as the valve body, which allows for clear and intuitive observation and understanding of the internal structural principles of hydraulic components and the working process of hydraulic transmission circuits. The system can be used to teach the structure, working principle, and performance of individual hydraulic components, as well as to demonstrate experiments on common basic circuits. At the same time, it can also be used for course design and graduation design of hydraulic systems.

1 The transparent organic glass material of the valve body provides clear and intuitive observation and understanding of the internal structure and working process of hydraulic transmission.

2 The leak proof and fast playback interface makes the assembly of the experimental circuit simple, fast, and clean.

3 Independent component modules and convenient installation methods allow for the arbitrary combination of various experimental modules and the construction of various experimental circuits.

4 The maximum withstand pressure of hydraulic components is 1Mpa, and the rated working pressure is 0.6Mpa, making it a safe low-pressure experimental system.

5 The programmable logic controller (PLC) optimizes the control scheme.
